On May 6, 2022, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Marcia Clark of West Kelowna to address practice issues that occurred between May 2021 and July 2021 related to improper documentation and administration of narcotics, inappropriate delegation of medication administration to a non-regulated care provider, and failing to provide adequate nursing care and attention to a non-verbal client requiring total care on a night shift.
