On June 14, 2022, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Selin Nand of Surrey, to address conduct issues:
Between 2012 and 2019, the Registrant overreported their annual practice hours to the regulator resulting in a discrepancy of 7,623 hours; and
In February 2020, the Registrant committed theft of a box of N95 masks from a hospital.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on their practice, including:
A suspension of their nursing registration for 3-months; and
A public reprimand.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
