Khoshkhou, Fatemeh, RN

Consent agreement

Aug 8, 2022

On August 8, 2022 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Fatemeh Khoshkhou of Burnaby, to address practice and conduct issues that occurred from November 2020 to March 2021 related to documentation, offering discounts and giveaways of a prescription medication, and practicing outside the scope of an RN by administering dermal fillers and cosmetic botulinum toxin under the supervision of a dentist.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on their practice, including:

  1. A suspension of their nursing registration for 3 days;

  2. A public reprimand;

  3. Remedial education on documentation, scope of practice and the professional standards;

  4. A regulatory practice consulting program to address the foundational issues underpinning this Agreement.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
