​On December 21, 2022, an Inquiry Committee Panel of BCCNM suspended the registration of Jennifer Fry, Licensed Practical Nurse, pursuant to section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act, to protect the public during the course of an investigation. 

Any limits, conditions, and/or suspensions ordered by the Inquiry Committee under section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act are made to protect the public during an investigation or pending a hearing of the Discipline Committee. Measures taken under section 35(1) pertain to matters which are unproven, and remain unproven, unless admitted by a registrant or determined by the Discipline Committee.
