​On January 20, 2014, the CRPNBC Discipline Committee convened ​a p​​anel to inquire into the conduct of this former registrant. The Discipline Committee issued a preliminary decision which can be viewed by clicking on this link.

On May 14, 2014, a Consent Order was granted by the Inquiry Committee. Pursuant to section 37.1(6.1) of the Health Professions Act, this Consent Order is considered to be an order of the Discipline Committee made under section 39. Pursuant to the ​​Consent Order, this former registrant is permanently barred from obtaining registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse in British Columbia and is prohibited from using the RPN designation and from providing the services of the profession of psychiatric nursing specified in the Nurses (Registered Psychiatric) Regulation or any successor legislation or regulation.
