File 0165
On January 12, 2012 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings involving a voluntary suspension of the Registrant’s registration following an investigation into the Registrant’s ability to meet Professional Standards. A medical specialist determined that the Registrant required treatment for health conditions. The Registrant agreed to seek treatment and to have a further specialist assessments completed in order to determine clearance for a return to nursing practice.
The name of the registrant has been withheld in accordance with section 39.3 (4) (a) of the Health Professions Act for the purposes of not identifying the personal health information of the Registrant respecting the condition. The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.
