Terms

The registrant agreed to:

  • an admission that the conduct was incompetent
  • complete courses in documentation, pharmacology, leadership, and assessments
  • restrictions on registration, which include
  • practise under direct supervision acceptable to CLPNBC
  • practise on dayshift only
  • prohibited from administering medications - until successful completion of the remedial education
  • participate in practice consultations with CLPNBC
  • surrender registration card to have the words "with Conditions" noted on it
