Consent order
Mar 22, 2019
On March 22, 2019, a panel of the Inquiry Committee made an order accepting a consent proposal from the registrant to remediate practice issues related to their unprofessional conduct during an orientation shift, their repeated failure to respond to the college during an investigation, and their failure to accurately report their hours on their 2016 renewal application.
The registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: a minimum two-week suspension, which will remain in place until the registrant has provided BCCNP with requested information, has completed the communications and practice standards learning modules, has met with a practice support consultant, and has had the last five years of his reported employment hours audited for accuracy.
The name of the registrant been withheld in accordance with section 39.3(4)(a) of the Health Professions Act for the purposes of not identifying a registrant or their personal health information.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
