Consent agreement

​On June 4, 2020, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement intended to remediate conduct and fitness concerns. In 2019, the Registrant attended work impaired. Following the incident the Registrant was diagnosed with an alcohol use disorder.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to, among other things, regular monitoring for fitness to practise nursing (including biological monitoring to ensure abstinence from alcohol) for at least two years.

The name of the Registrant has been withheld in accordance with section 39.3 (4) (a) of the Health Professions Act for the purposes of not identifying the personal health information of the Registrant respecting the condition.

The Inquiry Committee Is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.
