The Inquiry Committee (the “Committee") of the College of Midwives of British Columbia (the “CMBC") and the Registrant have agreed to resolve all matters outstanding between them arising pursuant to Section 32.2 (4) (b) of the Health Professions Act, as set out below: 

The Registrant has agreed to be a non-practising registrant until a condition has been met. The name of the Registrant and details of this agreement are being withheld in accordance with section 39.3 (4) (a) of the Health Professions Act for the purpose of not identifying the personal health information of the Registrant respecting the condition.
