Minero, Jorge, LPN

Consent agreement

Dec 13, 2020

On December 13, 2020, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Jorge Minero of Vancouver, B.C., to remediate practice issues that occurred between June 2019 and January 2020 related to documentation, conducting complete physical examinations, adherence to best-practice guidelines, and communication.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: a six-month prohibition on “floating” between work units. They will maintain employment on a single floor/unit and undergo supervision for a period of six-months with a supervisor who is aware of the facts, develop a learning plan and will meet with a BCCNM practice consultant.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
