On January 27, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Rebecca Humberstone of Victoria B.C., to remediate practice issues that occurred on January 26, 2020. The practice issues were related to a breach of the Registrants existing Consent Agreement with the College. The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including:
a) A reprimand; and a
b) One week suspension of their BCCNM Registration.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
