Consent agreement

Feb 4, 2021

On February 4, 2021 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Harjit Sandhu of Surrey, BC with respect to her breach of terms and limits of her consent agreement dated February 16, 2020.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to a reprimand and a suspension of three days for her failure to comply with the disclosure terms of her consent agreement and for her failing to comply with the limits on her practice over a period of two days.

A failure to disclose as required by a consent agreement and a failure to comply with limits on practice are always considered serious matters. This undermine the foundation and intent of BCCNM consent agreements, which are designed to protect the safety of the public.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
