On April 12, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Anna Zintl of Kamloops, to remediate practice issues that occurred around December 2017 and April 2018 to August 2019 related to breaching of patient privacy to unauthorized members of the public.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to completing remediation meetings with a Regulatory Practice Consultant and a 7-day suspension.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
