Consent agreement

Nov 28, 2021

On November 28, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Victoria Weber of Saanichton, B.C., to address the Registrant's breach of a May 2021 Consent Agreement. The Registrant failed to disclose that she had been on leave and was later terminated by her employer. During the investigation she was not responsive to her regulator.

The Registrant voluntarily agree to a two month suspension of her Registration. The Suspension will be served after completion of a suspension in relation to her May 2021 Consent Agreement.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
