Labrador, Manny, Former LPN

Consent agreement

Nov 20, 2022

On November 20, 2022, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Manny Labrador, Licensed Practical Nurse, to address conduct issues during December 2019, which resulted in criminal charges. In October 2021, the Registrant pleaded guilty to a single count of sexual assault and as a result was prohibited for a period of 24-months from working or volunteering in any capacity where they were in a position of trust.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a cancellation of their registration and a prohibition on reapplying for five years.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
