Overview

The new Registered Midwives Screening and Diagnostic Tests & Imaging: Standards, Limits, and Conditions outlines midwives' scope of practice, accountabilities, and responsibilities when carrying out activities involving screening and diagnostic tests and imaging.

The way that you perform, order, and interpret tests won't change. However, where you find test information, such as available tests, reference ranges, and indications, will change because the "go-to" lists that were part of the standard are no longer available as references.

This learning resource helps you understand the key changes. Learn more to find out what it means for your practice.
