BCCNM and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. have collaborated on a new standard, Indigenous Cultural Safety, Cultural Humility and Anti-Racism. This standard came into effect Feb. 25, 2022.

As part of helping registrants prepare for this new standard, we've put together a preliminary list of learning resources, and we'll be adding to this list over the coming weeks and months.

Please email us at culturalsafety@bccnm.ca if you have suggestions for additional resources or questions.

Below are resources that you may find helpful as you begin or continue your learning journey about Indigenous cultural safety, cultural humility, and anti-racism. This list will be added to so check back frequently.

Resources listed are free to access unless otherwise noted.

BCCNM also collaborated with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC on a series of videos to support registrant learning. These videos are available below.
